there is only one real moment to use recklessness, and that is for an offtank. Let him charge him, pop reck with ToT and MD. he’ll get massive amounts of threat. then the MT taunts over, and all the threat made by the OT’s reck etc will be for the MT.

Retaliation will not get you any extra threat against a training dummy, as it does not attack or even have a threat table. But the video was very good.
