Answer the secret security question for the source Wow account when prompted.
Enter credit card information as necessary to finish the transfer. Character transfers cost plus additional charges in some areas.
Notices for Wow character Moving

Once the transfication has been completed, it can’t be back without any charge. In other words, each time you should pay once your Wow character has been transfered to another Wow accounts.

Character transfers can take several days for processing during which time you will not be able to play as the character being transferred.

Characters with too much gold may not be eligible for transfers. It seems the Blizzard prevent the Wow gold exchanging via the Wow accounts moving!
